Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Terms

1. By placing an order electronically on the website, the consumer agrees to the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented.

2. The consumer is subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188), along with other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased service.

3. Any additional service charges, including but not limited to transaction fees, shall be borne by the consumer.

4. Services purchased through Atreus Travel are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

5. If the service becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons, Atreus Travel will notify the consumer within three (3) days and provide a full refund within fourteen (14) days of notification.

Cancellation Terms

6. If the consumer cancels a booking:

  • More than 7 days before the service date: Full refund minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • Between 3 to 7 days before the service date: 50% refund of the total service cost.
  • Less than 3 days before the service date: No refund will be issued.

7. If the consumer does not show up for the booked service, no refund will be provided.

8. If the cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans), Atreus Travel will evaluate the situation and may offer a full refund or rescheduling without additional charges.

Modifications and Transfers

9. If the consumer wishes to transfer their booking to another individual, they must notify Atreus Travel at least three (3) days before the service date. The original and new participant shall be jointly responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the transfer.

10. If the consumer requests a change in the booking date, approval will be subject to availability, and any price difference must be paid by the consumer.

Right of Withdrawal

11. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking, provided that the service has not commenced. If the service has already begun, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

12. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@atreustravel.com or by calling Atreus Travel customer service.

Refund Process

13. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request and refunded via the original payment method.

14. If a service was booked using a promotional discount, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

15. Atreus Travel is not responsible for additional time taken by banks or payment processors to reflect the refunded amount in the consumer’s account.

Exceptions to Refunds

  • Custom/private tours arranged per consumer request.
  • Services that have commenced.
  • Services that include non-refundable third-party bookings (e.g., hotel reservations, entrance tickets).
  • Discounts and promotions, where explicitly stated as non-refundable.

Legal Terms

17. In case of disputes, Turkish law shall apply, and Nevşehir Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction.

18. If any provision of this policy is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.

19. The consumer accepts the terms of this policy by completing their booking with Atreus Travel.
