Sales Contract

PARTIES AND SUBJECT
This contract is between LEAS SEYAHAT TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ., located at [İsali Gaferli Avcılar mah. Sağlık sk. No. 10/A Göreme Beldesi-Merkez/NEVŞEHİR Turkey], contact number [+90 505 515 4715], and the individual completing the online booking process (hereinafter referred to as the CONSUMER) via www.atreustravel.com. The address, identity, and contact information provided by the CONSUMER during the booking process shall be used as the basis for this agreement.
The CONSUMER who purchases services (such as tours, activities, and accommodations) from the website must pay the full service fee at the time of booking. The reservation is not confirmed until the full payment is received.
If there is an increase in the contract price after booking, the CONSUMER will not be charged extra. Similarly, if prices decrease due to discounts or promotions, no refunds will be provided to the CONSUMER.
If the CONSUMER is unable to participate in the booked tour or activity, they may notify Atreus Travel at least three (3) days before the start date to transfer the booking to another person who meets all contract conditions. Both the original participant and the new participant are jointly responsible for any additional costs associated with the transfer. If the CONSUMER is unable to participate due to visa-related issues, Atreus Travel assumes no responsibility and will collect the full payment from both parties.
Atreus Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the booking before or during the service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the CONSUMER’s control. If such a change occurs, the CONSUMER may accept the modifications or choose an alternative service. If the CONSUMER does not accept the changes, they are entitled to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. If unforeseen events such as strikes, terrorism, war threats, technical failures, or adverse weather conditions prevent the tour or activity from taking place, Atreus Travel may cancel or postpone the service. If the CONSUMER requests a service change, any price differences must be settled accordingly. If the new service price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the CONSUMER. If the CONSUMER fails to inform the company in writing about a missed tour or activity start, the reservation may be canceled without refund.
Atreus Travel and the CONSUMER shall fulfill their obligations as stipulated in this contract.
Atreus Travel is responsible for providing the Preliminary Information Form / Voucher / Email Confirmation to the CONSUMER, detailing service descriptions, pricing, and payment terms. However, the company is not liable for issues arising from the CONSUMER’s own actions or third-party responsibilities.
The CONSUMER acknowledges and agrees to provide contact details (email, phone number, etc.) to Atreus Travel and consents to receiving promotional messages, newsletters, and service updates. The CONSUMER may opt out of such communications at any time by notifying the company, and the company will discontinue such messages.
All disputes arising from this contract will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Nevşehir Courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction. If any provision of this contract is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect. This contract has been drafted in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and any matters not covered shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations. The CONSUMER agrees to the terms of this contract by signing or electronically approving it during the booking process.
